Our Services
All community-based services within our organization are designed to provide resources and assistance. Which in turn, gives enlightenment and provision to improve one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.
Food Pantry
This program covers resident of York City and County, PA. The food pantry provides quality food items to households experiencing food insecurity. Please call for dates, times and eligibility requirements.

The Emanuel Development Center offers some free job training and work development skills. Resources are also provided to help enhance education, hard skills, and training that promotes employ-ability.
