Within three years to have in operation community programs for the Eastside Community that will address every age group (from infancy through Senior Citizens). This will be accomplished by providing daycare services, parental training classes, classes on grand-parenting skills, after school and recreational programs, academic tutoring and life skills training, drug and alcohol prevention programs, as well as housing and healthcare access. College mentoring, career counseling, and job skills training will be available.
